What does it do?

A digital MOS helps you close the loop between planning and execution to drive results. Not only can you mitigate issues faster but prevent them from occurring in the first place. Verkko provides the controls and structure to guide your organization’s progress through long term strategy, to short term goals and milestones, to action steps, to completion. It simultaneously provides monitoring and reviews in order to continually improve and refine your processes for continued efficiency improvements.

  • Manage each workstream for each client
  • Store information about all recurring meetings, their attendance lists, the meeting’s purpose, and its associated KPIs

  • Produce standardized reports for meetings, KPIs, etc.
  • Monitor project status reports on a visual dashboard
  • Quickly view obstacles, project status, and key actions that are needed to help move a project along
